This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire new business and enhance existing league and tournament operations.
• Support departmental objectives and company initiatives.
• Collaborate with center League Champions, General Managers, District Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents to develop, retain, and recruit leagues and tournaments.
• Identify key opportunities to expand leagues and attract local, state, or national tournaments.
• Act as a primary contact for league acquisitions and tournaments.
• Assist centers and external organizations to guarantee positive experiences.
• Engage in league officer and individual league meetings.
• Work with the Leagues Department to formulate new strategies and structures for leagues and tournaments.
• Attend weekly departmental meetings, monthly league initiatives, district calls, and relevant RVP calls.
• Develop, retain, and recruit bowlers and leagues.
• Support outreach efforts in the Fall, mid-season, and Summer.
• Visit leagues across the company.
• Complete weekly and monthly reporting to ensure precise financial data.
• Review and audit revenue reports.
• Maintain League Revenue Reports and league/tournament statements and accounts in NSB.
• Update the Acquisition Tracker.
• Collaborate with centers to ensure league availability and accurate league details in LMA.
• Drive additional revenue through current programs and identify gaps in league revenue or promotions.
• Discover innovative strategies to expand league and tournament business.
• Travel across the company for in-person meetings, recruitment efforts, and tournament support.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.).
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity with respect for customers, vendors, and employees.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Proficient critical and analytical thinking skills.
• Appreciation for diversity.
• Willingness to travel throughout the company.
• Familiarity with the league acquisition funds program.
• Awareness of market conditions, competition, struggling centers, closures, and facility challenges.
• Capability to complete weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Ability to review and audit revenue reports.
• Experience or proficiency with NSB, LMA, League Revenue Reports, league and tournament statements/accounts, and the Acquisition Tracker.
