This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete recruiting cycle across technical, business, and GTM functions, from individual contributors to leadership roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define roles, establish leveling, develop talent-market strategies, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions.
• Drive sourcing strategies and create high-quality talent pipelines for specialized and competitive markets.
• Oversee complex and high-priority searches, proactively identifying risks and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Utilize funnel metrics to prioritize recruiting efforts, enhance conversion rates, and achieve hiring goals.
• Ensure a structured, consistent, and high-quality experience for both interviews and candidates.
• Maintain operational rigor within the ATS and recruiting processes.
• Enhance recruiting methods, tools, and practices to boost efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Offer informal leadership through mentorship, calibration, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with leadership on intricate and high-impact searches, including those for leadership roles.
• A minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with substantial technical recruitment expertise in a technology firm or high-growth startup.
• Experience in recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, and/or Product, along with business or GTM functions.
• Proven track record in recruiting technical individual contributors and leaders, including candidates for Manager and Director-level positions.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders using market insights, sound judgment, and effective communication.
• Proficient in sourcing, pipeline development, candidate assessment, and closing skills.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting, including leveraging funnel metrics to enhance hiring outcomes.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or informally leading recruiters or sourcers.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, prioritization, and operational discipline.
• Familiarity with Ashby is preferred.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices, confidentiality, and alignment with company values.
• Willingness to travel approximately six times a year for company meetups, off-sites, and relevant events.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the country.
• Candidates located in Austin and prepared to work regularly from the office are preferred.
