Leadership Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and successfully manage VP, Head of, and executive searches across GTM, R&D, and G&A.

• Collaborate with founders and executives to outline roles and steer critical hiring decisions.

• Develop outstanding leadership pipelines through market mapping, executive networks, original sourcing, and AI-driven research.

• Represent TRM at the highest standards while ensuring an executive-level candidate experience.

• Establish TRM’s leadership recruiting function from the ground up.

• Create recruiting processes, interview frameworks, scorecards, and operational rhythms.

• Provide insights on market trends concerning candidate motivations, compensation, and competitive landscapes.

• Achieve the first leadership hire within the initial 90 days and enhance leadership recruiting practices as TRM expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting or executive search.

• Proven history of successfully closing VP and/or C-level hires.

• Extensive experience in high-growth startup settings.

• A well-established network of senior leaders and executives.

• Experience managing retained-style leadership searches from start to finish, including defining the search, market mapping, assessment, references, and closure.

• Strong executive presence and credibility to engage directly with founders and senior leaders.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI throughout the search process, encompassing market research, sourcing, candidate synthesis, and personalized executive outreach.

• Outstanding sourcing instincts and the discipline to build leadership pipelines from the ground up.

• Excellent written communication skills and operational discipline.

• Experience in hiring leaders across GTM, R&D, and G&A, or within mission-driven, highly sensitive environments.

• Must be based in the United States.

• A minimum of four hours of overlap with PT business hours is required.
