This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Design, develop, and implement the Priory Leadership Programme along with ILM-accredited qualifications in leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
• Serve as a tutor and assessor, guiding learners through their qualifications while offering constructive feedback.
• Create and facilitate workshops, webinars, and blended learning experiences focused on leadership, people management, and coaching.
• Support the REACH Leadership Programme and provide customized development activities for Senior Leadership Teams, including psychometric profiling and team-building sessions.
• Conduct learning sessions both virtually and in-person across Priory, with occasional travel to UK sites and overnight stays.
• Evaluate learning outcomes, collect feedback, and consistently enhance leadership development programmes.
• Assess learner submissions according to ILM standards and maintain precise records of learner progress and assessments.
• Assist in quality assurance and standardization efforts, including internal quality assurance (IQA) activities and compliance with awarding body requirements.
• Contribute to the development of new ILM qualifications and educational interventions in response to business needs.
• Stay informed about best practices in leadership, management, and learning.
• Participate in broader Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) projects and priorities.
• A recognized teaching or training qualification, such as a PGCE, Level 3 Award in Education and Training, or equivalent, along with an assessor qualification.
• A Level 5 qualification or higher in Leadership and Management, such as ILM or CMI.
• Experience in designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes for various levels, from frontline managers to senior leaders.
• Experienced in tutoring and assessing ILM or CMI-accredited qualifications, with a solid understanding of awarding body criteria.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, capable of engaging and inspiring diverse audiences.
• Proficient in creating engaging learning materials using various formats and tools, including PowerPoint and Canva.
• Experience in delivering workshops, webinars, and blended learning both virtually and in-person.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills, able to leverage learner feedback and data to enhance programmes and demonstrate their impact.
• Willingness to pursue an IQA qualification if not already obtained.
