Lead Technical Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute and supervise technical evaluations

• Carry out eligibility evaluations

• Prepare documentation for reviewers

• Intake, validate, assess, monitor, and summarize up to 30 recognition requests each month

• Develop digital resources essential for project execution

• Create consistent processes, technical review standards, intake validation methods, audit-ready documentation frameworks, and applicant communication workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• 8 years of experience in technical reviews

• Proficiency in interpreting federal legislation, policy requirements, and qualification standards for program applicants

• Proven ability to synthesize intricate submissions and pinpoint gaps, risks, or necessary follow-up actions

• Previous experience in preparing reviewer notes, documenting findings, and guiding or mentoring junior analysts

• Preferred background in reviewing nonprofit service models, healthcare support services, or regulatory compliance documentation
