This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Identify, interview, and recruit exceptional candidates for the Peripheral Vascular sales team.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for designated positions, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection management, and offer execution.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies while proactively establishing talent pipelines.
• Perform market, competitive, and industry analysis to guide hiring decisions.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates, monitor pipelines, and uphold precise recruitment metrics and reports.
• Offer hiring recommendations based on market data, competitive insights, industry trends, and analytics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to clarify hiring requirements, drive interview processes, facilitate debrief sessions, and ensure a premium candidate experience.
• Guide and educate recruiters and hiring managers on recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and talent selection instruments.
• Foster and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Keep updated on organizational structure, personnel policies, employee benefits, as well as federal and state employment regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 6 years of equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years in a business-facing HR role, HR Center of Excellence, HR Operations, or a related position.
• At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle sales recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct sourcing methods.
• Familiarity with Workday, HiredScore, Paradox, or other ATS systems and recruiting technologies.
• Experience in recruiting for commission-based sales, commercial, go-to-market, or clinical roles.
• Background in supporting medical device or life sciences recruitment within a mid-sized to large organization (1,000+ employees).
• Experience with a recruitment agency serving enterprise clients.
