This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Act as a reliable strategic advisor and thought partner for clients.
• Foster long-lasting client relationships while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Facilitate client-facing workshops and deliver strategic presentations.
• Coordinate with design and copywriting teams to bring strategic visions to life.
• Formulate measurable content strategies, test-and-learn approaches, and evaluation methodologies to showcase marketing ROI.
• Work alongside data engineers to analyze dashboards and raw data.
• Examine complex datasets to produce clear, error-free insights.
• Develop and manage client-facing presentations using data storytelling and design principles.
• Convey strategic narratives and actionable audience insights through effective data visualizations.
• Function as a subject matter expert on email marketing trends and best practices.
• Disseminate best practices among clients and colleagues.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Data & Insights.
• Collaborate with data, creative, and operations teams on post-campaign reporting and business-oriented narratives.
• Over 10 years of experience in omnichannel or lifecycle marketing strategy.
• Significant experience working on email marketing with major consumer brands.
• Experience in financial services is a considerable advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data for informed business decisions.
• Capability to create multi-year omnichannel test-and-learn roadmaps and detailed journey-stage, channel-brief, or optimization strategies.
• Inquisitive, continuously learning practitioner of AI tools to enhance thinking, output, and efficiency.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities complemented by a creative flair.
• Understanding of design, copy, and customer experience with the ability to collaborate with creatives.
• Proficiency in extracting insights from large datasets and utilizing dashboards, including Tableau and AWS.
• Expertise in Excel/Google Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of email and digital marketing metrics.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with robust problem-solving capabilities.
• Executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication, time management, and client deliverable development skills.
• Familiarity with ESPs, such as SFMC and Adobe, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must possess valid work authorization for the US or Canada.
