
Lead Sourcing Analyst, Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gather and analyze data related to sourcing activities.
• Generate reports and conduct data analysis to support business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Serve as a Buyer for Projects and Parts as necessary.
• Oversee suppliers and commodities.
• Discover new supply sources and initiatives for cost reduction.
• Lead sourcing and procurement efforts for designated commodities and suppliers within the Americas market.
• Manage supplier quotes, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and execute framework agreements.
• Issue purchase orders for components and oversee the complete lifecycle of multiple orders.
• Enhance regional KPIs, including on-time delivery, budget savings, year-over-year deflation, payment terms, cost of failure, and product cost reduction.
• Work closely with the Tendering team to suggest suppliers and achieve customer delivery and cost objectives.
• Coordinate supplier selection, development, and classification.
• Create reports, analyze expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and cash flow enhancement.
• Collaborate with global Project and Parts teams as well as strategic sourcing colleagues to implement sourcing and procurement strategies.
• Oversee the procure-to-pay process and resolve invoice issues.
• Foster an inclusive, diverse, and respectful team environment.
• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and tendering.
• Proficient in M/S Office, particularly in Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Exceptional negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Capability to establish strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Proficient in English.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields is preferred.
• Experience as a user of SAP and Tableau.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Ability to cultivate key internal and external relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Capacity to develop and implement multiple strategic sourcing initiatives concurrently.
• Motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
