This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +8 more states.
• Oversee the architecture and design of enterprise-grade CIAM/XIAM solutions utilizing ForgeRock.
• Establish and uphold the strategic roadmap for customer identity platforms and services.
• Convert business needs into scalable technological solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, security teams, and engineering organizations.
• Facilitate solution architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
• Design and execute capabilities for authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and identity lifecycle management.
• Deliver architecture governance and technical leadership across various programs and initiatives.
• Create integration patterns with cloud platforms, APIs, customer applications, CRM systems, and third-party identity providers.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to guarantee adherence to security policies, regulatory mandates, and industry best practices.
• Assist in modernization efforts, cloud adoption strategies, and zero-trust security architectures.
• Guide solution architects, engineers, and developers on IAM best practices and architectural standards.
• Engage in resolving production issues, optimizing the platform, and pursuing continuous improvement activities.
• Assess emerging IAM technologies and propose enhancements to the enterprise identity ecosystem.
• Travel occasionally for team collaboration, planning sessions, leadership meetings, training, or critical business initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• More than 10 years of experience in solution architecture, application architecture, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Over 5 years of direct experience in designing and implementing IAM/CIAM solutions.
• Strong proficiency with the ForgeRock Identity Platform (Identity Cloud, AM, IDM, DS, IG, or equivalent components).
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, SCIM, JWT, MFA, and federation technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience integrating identity platforms with enterprise and customer-facing applications.
• Knowledge of API security, microservices, and contemporary application architectures.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Candidates must be located in or willing to work within Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Washington, DC; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; New York, NY; or Tampa, FL.
• Minimum home internet speed requirement of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Must work from a dedicated space free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
• Preferred: ForgeRock certifications.
• Preferred: Experience with modern CIAM platforms and customer digital experience initiatives.
• Preferred: Experience in implementing Zero Trust security frameworks.
• Preferred: Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
