This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.
β’ Assist in identifying growth prospects within the Health, State & Local Sector
β’ Act as a key contributor on a capture team
β’ Lead the creation of innovative, cost-effective, and mission-focused solutions that encompass systems engineering, applications, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure
β’ Collaborate with Business Development, delivery accounts, and Corporate Offerings teams to formulate a solution strategy that aligns with customer objectives and requirements
β’ Integrate industry insights, technical expertise, and mission comprehension to develop value propositions and strategies addressing Government customer challenges
β’ Design technical solutions, competitive pricing, and business case alignment for Government client proposal specifications
β’ Work alongside business leaders to craft solutions and define key parameters prior to costing efforts
β’ Present solutions during governance reviews with senior management
β’ Identify, assess, and mitigate solution risks while developing strategies and plans
β’ Build relationships with Peraton partners to foster high-quality solutions and compelling value propositions
β’ Position Peraton to deliver comprehensive mission value to program sponsors
β’ Engage with customers to understand their needs and assist in shaping activities
β’ Communicate solution benefits to both strategic and tactical sponsor audiences
β’ Convert innovation and R&D into unique customer solutions with technology leadership
β’ Maintain a network of connections across government, OEMs, and competitors
β’ At least 12 years of experience with a BS/BA; a minimum of 10 years with an MS/MA; or at least 7 years with a Ph.D.
β’ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business, computer science, electrical engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related discipline
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering successful technical solutions for large, complex opportunities and proposal submissions targeting US Federal and/or State/Local Government clients, including cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions
β’ Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
β’ Ability to collaborate with technical subject matter experts, Program Managers, proposal managers, and Business Development teams
β’ Skill in determining customer needs within complex and ambiguous environments
β’ Proficiency in communicating in various formats to diverse stakeholders
β’ Ability to cultivate trusted relationships and communicate effectively at senior and executive levels
β’ Extensive knowledge across a wide range of mission-driven and technology services and solutions
β’ Strong focus on customer satisfaction
β’ Advanced cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, GSLC, or equivalent
β’ Must be a U.S. Citizen
