Lead Software Engineer – Application Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and collaborate with a team of software engineers to develop highly available web and mobile applications as well as integrations.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web and mobile applications along with custom integrations.

• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, architects, and stakeholders to convert requirements into technical deliverables.

• Engage in architectural discussions.

• Ensure technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency.

• Conduct code reviews and uphold best practices within the team.

• Develop complex features and user stories through hands-on involvement.

• Lead the creation of automated pipelines and oversee as well as participate in deployment processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both production and non-production environments.

• Lead and mentor software engineers in their professional development.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, or equivalent relevant experience.

• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in leading a team of software engineers.

• At least 4 years of full stack development experience.

• Over 5 years of experience working in a development team to create and deliver custom web and mobile applications.

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.

• Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.

• Expertise in developing serverless REST APIs using C# in Azure.

• Proficiency in SQL, relational database systems, and NoSQL databases.

• In-depth knowledge of front-end frameworks including React/React Native, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Proficient in unit testing, end-to-end testing, and load testing frameworks.

• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Terraform.
