Field Application Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identification and development of new business and design-in opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.

• Providing technical consulting and application support to customers, distributors, and internal sales teams.

• Understanding customer needs and assisting in the selection of appropriate electronic solutions and products.

• Conducting product and application training sessions, as well as professional presentations.

• Liaising with customer engineering teams and the international engineering, product development, marketing, and sales organizations.

• Identifying market trends, customer needs, competitive information, and portfolio development opportunities.

• Documenting business opportunities and market information in the CRM system.

• Participating in professional exhibitions and industry events.

• Regularly visiting clients in the Eastern European region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant technical/scientific field.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in semiconductors, passive electronic components, electromechanical solutions, or related electronic areas.

• Strong practical knowledge of electronics, circuit design, and/or application technology.

• Business and customer-oriented mindset.

• Confident communication and presentation skills in English.

• Ability to establish relationships with engineering and managerial-level clients.

• Capability to work independently, organize tasks, and manage priorities.

• Direct, assertive, and confident personality.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%, primarily within Eastern Europe.
