Lead Services Specialist – Customer Contract Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver pre- and post-contract support, which entails contract administration, terms and conditions, claims management, risk modeling, and contract estimating for tenders and project evaluations.

• Assist with departmental operations and carry out professional activities autonomously within the established policies for Oumache.

• Oversee profitability and customer satisfaction for the contracts assigned to you.

• Manage service agreements and oversee time-and-material program management.

• Support sales initiatives for new contracts and proposals.

• Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction for the contracts you manage.

• Collaborate with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and other teams.

• Serve as the liaison between internal organizations and customers for the contracts assigned to you.

• Directly manage personnel, including staffing and performance development.

• Implement policy and strategy utilizing technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and technical expertise.

• Recommend solutions for complex manufacturing processes that involve technical variety and/or interconnected production cycles.

• Act as a resource for less-experienced team members.

• Lead small projects characterized by low risks and resource demands.

• Communicate information effectively and foster skill development to achieve team consensus.

• Articulate performance expectations and manage sensitive matters.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in customer contract management within the Electrical sector, or a minimum of 5 years as a Resident Engineer working with local clients.

• Proficiency in French, English, and Arabic.

• Willingness to travel 30% of the time.

• Highly collaborative with a proven ability to drive change.

• Proven capability to lead through influence in a matrixed global organization.

• Demonstrated skills in analyzing and resolving problems.

• Proven experience in leading programs/projects.

• Experience in customer interfacing.

• Customer-focused with clear and concise written and oral communication skills appropriate for the audience.

• Practical understanding of LEAN/Six Sigma techniques, including Hoshin Kanri.

• Humble, open-minded, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning.
