Lead ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Configure and tailor ServiceNow Vulnerability Management / USEM components

• Create technical solutions that align with business and security requirements

• Develop and sustain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and workflows using Flow Designer

• Set up dashboards, reports, and automation functionalities

• Design and execute integrations with security and compliance tools

• Assist in testing, resolving defects, deployment, and creating technical documentation

• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and security stakeholders

• Engage in knowledge transfer and handover processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development

• Proficient in JavaScript specifically within the ServiceNow platform

• Demonstrated experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies

• Experience in implementing REST and SOAP integrations

• Strong grasp of ServiceNow workflows and automation processes

• Experience in Agile project environments

• Ability to autonomously implement developer user stories with minimal oversight

• English proficiency at a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above

• Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response, or Vulnerability Management

• Familiarity with Qualys, Microsoft Azure CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management), or Cribl

• Understanding of Configuration Compliance and hardening procedures

• Experience with CMDB, CI relationships, and MID Server integrations

• Comprehension of ServiceNow USEM architecture

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR) certification
