This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop, enhance, and provide support for ServiceNow platform capabilities through configuration, administration, application development, automation, and technical solution delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Security, Facilities, and various business functions to gather requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, recommend, and implement enhancements to the platform that improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and user experience.
• Develop and refine ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Knowledge Management.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow platform roadmaps that align with organizational priorities and future business needs.
• Foster stakeholder engagement, adoption, and continuous improvement through collaboration, consultation, and change management initiatives.
• Lead moderately complex platform initiatives and projects.
• Analyze platform usage, operational metrics, incident trends, and performance data to discover opportunities for service improvement and automation.
• Ensure platform integrity through governance, documentation, configuration standards, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Support platform reliability, availability, and performance through administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support.
• Provide expertise on ServiceNow capabilities, platform design, process enhancements, and implementation strategies.
• Automate manual processes using ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and application development techniques.
• Assist in the development, deployment, and management of platform enhancements, including CI/CD methodologies when appropriate.
• Contribute to the long-term maturity of the ServiceNow platform through strategic planning, technical innovation, and process optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• A combined total of 5–7 years of experience in IT Operations and Application Development.
• At least 1 year of experience in program management or project management.
• Strong familiarity or experience with ITIL V3 service management disciplines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to develop hypotheses, frame problems, and produce data-supported insights.
• Experience in implementing cross-functional process improvements and achieving results.
• Significant experience in using and administering ServiceNow.
