• Conduct data modeling and automate workflows.

• Create workflows, business rules, catalogs, and automated processes.

• Strategize upgrades and oversee release management.

• Execute platform maintenance tasks.

• Oversee CMDB data governance and manage assets.

• Establish service mapping practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Secret clearance.

• Hold a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.

• Have a CompTIA Security+ certification.

• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, data modeling, workflow automation, and the integration of best practices.

• Exhibit understanding of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration management, and application lifecycle best practices.

• Be knowledgeable about ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB architecture and implementation methodologies.

• Be familiar with workflow design, business rules, catalog management, and process automation techniques.

• Have proficient knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade planning, release management, and platform maintenance activities.

• Possess proficient knowledge in CMDB data governance, asset management, and service mapping practices.
