📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform.

• Configure and test the HRSD and EC Pro modules.

• Collect requirements, explore solution alternatives, and propose best practices in collaboration with team members.

• Customize and enhance platform functionalities through scripting, configuration, and UI development.

• Engage in design discussions to maintain consistent architecture and ensure solution integrity.

• Keep updated on ServiceNow developments and industry best practices.

• Convert business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with HRSD and EC Pro.

• Strong skills in configuration, testing, design, and development on the ServiceNow platform.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

• US Citizenship is mandatory.

• Must qualify for government secret clearance.

• Must have work authorization in the United States that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship.
