📋 Description

• Design, create, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Configure and test the HRSD and EC Pro modules.

• Collect requirements and explore solution alternatives.

• Suggest best practices for ServiceNow implementation.

• Customize and enhance platform functionalities through scripting, configuration, and UI development.

• Engage in design discussions to ensure a consistent architecture and solution integrity.

• Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow updates and industry best practices.

• Convert business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with HRSD and EC Pro.

• Strong skills in ServiceNow configuration, testing, design, and development.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• US Citizenship is required.

• Must be eligible for a government secret clearance.

• Work authorization in the US without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
