Senior ServiceNow Consultant – Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and configure ServiceNow modules tailored for banks and insurance companies, encompassing tables, relationships, and lifecycle attributes.

• Convert business and logical enterprise data models into technical implementations on the ServiceNow platform.

• Create and execute integrations and APIs with adjacent systems such as ADOIT, Archer, and OneTrust.

• Evaluate processes to uncover automation and optimization opportunities.

• Develop customized solutions.

• Lead workshops and projects from initial concept to implementation.

• Investigate AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation solutions.

• Assume responsibility for workstreams, projects, and client relationships based on experience.

• Facilitate architecture and design workshops at the Senior Consultant level.

• Collaborate with the Financial Services Transformation Team to assist international insurers, reinsurers, and banks in the DACH region.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, finance, or a related field.

• Extensive experience working as a ServiceNow Consultant or Architect.

• Profound knowledge of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

• Familiarity with established data governance management methodologies.

• Experience in defining critical data elements and implementing data quality and validation rules.

• Understanding of service data modeling and the requirements for data consistency, referential integrity, and identifier management across various systems.

• Ability to articulate technical architecture decisions clearly and engage stakeholders across management, business, and IT levels.

• Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, CAD, or ideally CTA.

• Background in the financial services sector.

• Proficient in German and English.

• Willingness and flexibility to work on both national and international projects.
