This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Drive the acquisition of new software orders and foster revenue growth within designated territories and strategic accounts.
• Market enterprise SaaS and platform solutions that emphasize incident management, crisis response, situational awareness, operational resilience, and command-and-control workflows.
• Establish and nurture executive relationships with clients in the public sector, critical infrastructure, industrial, transportation, utility, and emergency management sectors.
• Oversee intricate sales cycles from initial discovery to the execution of contracts.
• Create persuasive business cases that highlight operational, financial, and safety outcomes.
• Partner with solution consultants, product development teams, and customer success organizations to enhance customer value.
• Utilize personal incident management experience to establish credibility with operational leaders and emergency response stakeholders.
• Represent Honeywell at industry conferences, emergency management events, and customer workshops.
• Keep an accurate opportunity pipeline and monthly sales forecasts.
• Regularly meet or surpass sales targets.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology sales.
• Proven track record in managing complex B2B sales opportunities.
• Experience in selling to government, public safety, defense, utilities, transportation, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Strong executive presence along with consultative selling skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate both technical and business value to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Previous experience in selling incident command, emergency management, situational awareness, crisis management, mass notification, or command-and-control software is advantageous.
• Familiarity with platforms utilized for emergency response, operational resilience, risk management, or critical event management is a plus.
• Knowledge of ICS (Incident Command System), NIMS, emergency operations planning, or crisis response frameworks is beneficial.
• Experience in selling software subscriptions, enterprise licenses, or recurring revenue models is a bonus.
• Acquaintance with GIS, sensor integration, operational technology (OT), public safety technology, or industrial software ecosystems is a plus.
