This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance daily and long-term sales operations processes and strategies.
• Assist with proposal and RFP processes, which includes coordination, data collection, and timeline management.
• Sustain and enhance CRM systems and prospect data.
• Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Evaluate go-to-market data and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
• Recognize opportunities for workflow optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
• Identify and execute automation and integration solutions to decrease manual tasks and enhance accuracy.
• Establish and uphold clear sales operations standards, processes, and quality controls.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Client Relationship Management, and other departments on cross-functional projects.
• Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring deliverables are accurate and timely.
• Provide leadership with reporting, analysis, and insights to guide business decisions.
• Engage directly with clients and prospects to understand their needs, clarify processes or system functionalities, and offer suitable technical or operational advice.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, business operations, finance, or a related analytical area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly in the enterprise B2B SaaS sector.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and related integrations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information, preferably in regulated industries, such as those governed by HIPAA, FCRA, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in an enterprise B2B or SaaS context is advantageous.
• Background in regulated industries is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as necessary and travel nationwide for meetings, conferences, and team events.
