This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead, mentor, and enhance a team of recruiters focused on skilled trades recruitment for various clients.
• Establish clear expectations, monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure follow-through until improvements are made.
• Take charge of the team's recruiting performance and identify causes when hiring outcomes decline.
• Convert the Client Success Manager’s client and job-level strategies into recruitment priorities, actions, and benchmarks.
• Maintain oversight of recruiting pipelines to pinpoint stalled candidates, insufficient candidate flow, slow response times, poor conversion rates, and inconsistent pipeline management.
• Ensure recruiters thoroughly assess candidates' experience, qualifications, communication skills, motivation, compensation expectations, availability, and overall fit prior to submission.
• Create uniformity in recruiting quality, urgency, communication, judgment, and execution.
• Collaborate closely with Client Success, recruiting operations, sourcing, support, and leadership to eliminate hiring obstacles and enhance outcomes.
• Identify issues early, assign clear ownership, and facilitate the progression of cross-functional challenges.
• Utilize pipeline data, candidate discussions, market trends, and client feedback to inform recruiting decisions.
• Question weak assumptions and propose strategic adjustments when evidence indicates a need for change.
• Report directly to the Client Success Manager and collaborate on client and job-level recruitment strategies.
• A minimum of three years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation, pipeline management, and hiring processes.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading recruiters is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze recruiting data and identify performance issues.
• Capability to lead a remote team and uphold accountability.
• Ability to work closely with a CSM and implement established client and job-level strategies.
• Excellent organization and follow-through across various clients and job openings.
• Reliable internet connection with a contingency plan for power or internet outages.
• Preferably experienced in recruiting for skilled trades, construction, home services, or other blue-collar roles.
• Preferably experienced in managing recruitment across multiple clients, locations, or job openings.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Recruitee, Slack, and Google Workspace is strongly preferred.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting execution and team efficiency is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience utilizing recruiting metrics and pipeline data for performance coaching is strongly preferred.
• Preferably experienced working in a fast-paced, high-accountability company environment.
