Lead Qualification, Bilingue

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage and qualify incoming leads.

• Reach out to clients to understand their needs.

• Identify and connect clients with the appropriate suppliers.

• Keep information updated in the CRM.

• Follow up and ensure an excellent experience for both clients and suppliers.

• Research and validate commercial information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced English C1 (fluent and neutral).

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Lead Qualification, Sales Support, lead generation, cold sales, or related fields.

• Experience using CRM systems.

• Proven ability to manage high volumes of work.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in conducting business information research and validation.

• Availability to work in a dynamic and metrics-oriented environment.

• Education: Baccalaureate / Middle Education.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
