This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for OpenLoop’s Medical Weight Loss initiative.
• Establish program metrics, strategic priorities, sequencing, and operational objectives.
• Advocate for the roadmap to the executive team and make adjustments based on market dynamics and data insights.
• Ensure that deliverables align with the strategic plan; escalate, adjust scope, or realign when necessary.
• Translate company-level OKRs into program-level objectives for clinical quality, patient outcomes, client retention, unit economics, and growth velocity.
• Make informed decisions regarding build, buy, and partnerships based on data, scenarios, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Clinical, Product, Engineering, Pharmacy, RCM, Implementation, Marketing, and Client Success teams to ensure alignment with the program direction.
• Develop and present the program narrative for senior leadership and conduct program reviews.
• Guide and prioritize the work of Program Managers involved with the program.
• Act as the executive escalation point for significant client inquiries and program-level commitments.
• Integrate client feedback, regulatory changes, and competitor movements into roadmap decisions.
• Propel commercial outcomes by collaborating with Commercial and Client Success teams to ensure the program is marketable, scalable, and retains clients.
• 7–10+ years of experience managing programs, products, or operational units in healthcare, digital health, health tech, or related fields.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in setting strategy and managing a roadmap comprehensively.
• Direct experience in medical weight loss or related care models.
• Ability to rapidly gain deep knowledge in GLP-1 therapies, clinical eligibility criteria, formulary dynamics, and the regulatory environment.
• Proven track record of owning strategy beyond mere execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written communication abilities.
• Experience thriving in a hypergrowth environment while upholding documentation, protocols, and clinical/operational standards.
• Meticulous attention to clinical, regulatory, and data-security requirements.
• Strong compliance mindset, including documentation, escalation procedures, and readiness for audits.
