Lead Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Oversee a large-scale program focused on AI training data initiatives

• Take ownership of program-level strategy and execution across various projects and vendors

• Direct a cross-functional team of Project Managers and Coordinators, including setting goals, developing capacity plans, providing coaching, and delivering performance feedback

• Act as the primary executive point of contact for the client on a daily basis

• Conduct governance, planning, and quarterly business review-style evaluations; ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and changes

• Collaborate with the Manager of Quality to jointly own quality outcomes, including the establishment of guidelines, audits, acceptance criteria, and corrective actions

• Plan and secure the capacity of raters/annotators; enhance shifts, handoffs, automation, and tools to meet high-volume targets

• Develop and manage budgets, profit margins, and change orders

• Maintain the program's RAID log; lead root-cause analysis and remediation efforts; escalate high-impact issues as necessary

• Standardize standard operating procedures, templates, and dashboards; pilot and expand automation with Operations Technology

• Ensure compliance with policies regarding data handling, privacy, and platform access

• Collaborate with Sales/Account Management, Quality, Operations, and Vendor Management to achieve client and organizational objectives

• Experience in budget management and financial oversight

• Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
