This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Amplify STEM programs and professional learning services.
• Provide remote and on-site professional development approximately two days each week for groups of 30–40 educators.
• Tailor facilitation to accommodate various school and district partners.
• Oversee session logistics and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and punctually.
• Complete certification training and engage in observation, coaching, and feedback cycles.
• Mentor and develop a group of around 30–40 Professional Learning Specialists.
• Create focused development plans based on observation data, customer feedback, survey results, and self-reflection.
• Analyze post-session survey data to identify trends.
• Communicate performance insights and areas for development to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new Professional Learning Specialists.
• Share insights on customer experience and product implementation with Product and Program teams.
• Maintain expertise in Amplify STEM products, instructional models, product updates, enhancements, and implementation guidance.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, resource development, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of PreK–12 teaching experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in coaching educators within PreK–12 environments.
• Strong grasp of adult learning theory and proven application in professional development contexts.
• Extensive knowledge of STEM instructional best practices aligned with grade-level standards.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging and effective professional development both in-person and virtually.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to adapt to shifting priorities and customer demands swiftly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in managing competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays, using car, plane, and/or public transportation.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; employment authorization verification required.
• Background check required upon selection.
• Additional documentation, proof of vaccination, or fingerprinting may be necessary in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
