Lead Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Communicate the product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team.

• Create user stories and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

• Act as the product owner for CenterWell Pharmacy functionalities.

• Convert business requirements into prioritized backlogs.

• Implement digital and operational solutions to enhance patient access, refill adherence, fulfillment experience, and pharmacy performance.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.

• Develop user stories along with acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with engineering, pharmacy operations, and business teams.

• Track outcomes and refine processes based on member feedback and data analysis.

• May oversee direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product ownership or product management.

• Background in pharmacy, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or Medicare.

• Proficient knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• A minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads for home or hybrid home/office employees.

• Ability to work from a designated area free from continuous interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
