Lead Product Manager – Sales Data Product

📋 Description

• Define and implement the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of MarketPoint's sales data and analytics product portfolio.

• Manage multiple data platforms that facilitate sales reporting, analytics, operational insights, and decision-making.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of data products and platforms, from strategy and roadmap development through to implementation, adoption, and optimization.

• Create and sustain product strategy and multi-year roadmaps in alignment with organizational priorities and business objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Product Owners.

• Supervise a portfolio of data products and platforms across MarketPoint and its enterprise partners.

• Collaborate with business leaders, analytics teams, and technology organizations to identify opportunities and define product visions.

• Prioritize product backlogs, investments, and enhancement initiatives based on business value, strategic alignment, customer needs, and delivery capabilities.

• Spearhead roadmap planning and execution for cloud modernization projects, including the migration of legacy data assets to cloud platforms.

• Lead cross-functional teams throughout product planning, development, testing, implementation, and adoption phases.

• Establish and track product KPIs, success metrics, and measures of value realization.

• Communicate product strategy, roadmap updates, priorities, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and organizational leaders.

• Facilitate alignment between business and technology teams for complex initiatives.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for MarketPoint's data, analytics, reporting, and data product capabilities.

• Promote continuous enhancement of product management practices, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement processes.

• Support organizational planning, strategic initiatives, and OKR execution through product leadership and prioritization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, analytics, or related fields.

• Proven experience in developing and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks.

• Capability to lead cross-functional initiatives that involve both business and technology stakeholders.

• Experience in Agile environments, including backlog management, user story development, and sprint planning.

• Familiarity with JIRA and Azure DevOps.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product capabilities and technical solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

• Proficiency in influencing stakeholders and building relationships across various organizational levels.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Planner.

• Passionate about customer-centered solutions and continuous improvement.

• Preferred: Experience supporting MarketPoint business processes, operations, systems, or analytics.

• Preferred: Background in healthcare, Medicare, sales, marketing, or customer engagement data domains.

• Preferred: Experience with enterprise reporting, business intelligence, data warehousing, or analytics platforms, including Snowflake and Databricks.

• Preferred: Certifications in SAFe Agile, Scrum, Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar.

• Preferred: Experience in defining KPIs, success metrics, and outcome-based measurement frameworks.

• Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree.

• Preferred: Experience working with data-driven products and analytics-focused teams.

• Preferred: PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
