Lead Product Manager, ROI, Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of MaintainX Reporting capabilities from start to finish, utilizing data, user research, and competitive/market analysis.

• Develop the strategy for how customers engage with and utilize MaintainX data.

• Advance reporting and analytics products tailored for various audiences, ranging from frontline managers to enterprise stakeholders, including operations leaders, finance, and EHS.

• Lead the ROI narrative within products and collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales teams.

• Create products that enable customers to track progress against North Star metrics and support the go-to-market initiatives.

• Implement significant innovations and enhancements to improve product growth and facilitate sales in up-market accounts.

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to secure large deals.

• Motivate and inspire designers and engineers to achieve ambitious goals.

• Define success metrics and track performance accordingly.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with significant time spent in a platform or infrastructure-related role, preferably at a company servicing Enterprise clients.

• Demonstrated experience in developing customer-facing analytics or reporting products.

• A solid understanding of data modeling and pipeline decisions to effectively collaborate with data and infrastructure engineers.

• Capability to navigate cross-team data dependencies and outline upstream data, infrastructure, and platform requirements.

• Experience working directly with sales during the transition from SMB to Enterprise markets.

• Proven ability to convey complex product capabilities to senior decision-makers.

• A successful history of broadening a product's audience to include senior or diverse stakeholders, such as operations leaders, finance, or EHS functions.

• Proficient in making scope trade-offs on features with heavy dependencies.

• Ability to unite a team around a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap while linking their work to KPIs and business objectives.

• Capable of engaging credibly across all organizational levels, from individual contributors to executives.

• Strong pattern recognition skills with the ability to apply established solutions to new scenarios without unnecessary complexity.

• Must be able to work in the designated location for this role.
