Lead Product Manager, Employer Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy and implementation of initiatives aimed at fostering growth within ZipRecruiter’s SMB employer customer segment.

• Concentrate on acquiring new employers, re-engaging existing employers, and forming strategic partnerships.

• Establish product-domain KPIs and oversee daily operations.

• Guide the SMB product roadmap to enhance customer value and product effectiveness.

• Conduct rapid growth experiments to boost product-led growth and attract new employers.

• Evaluate product-area metrics and probe into the factors influencing performance.

• Collaborate with go-to-market, marketing, and sales teams.

• Represent the SMB customer perspective through product discovery and user research.

• Create personalized, proactive AI-driven product experiences.

• Work together with job-seeker product teams to ensure a robust two-sided marketplace.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in product management, with a history of achieving results.

• Extensive experience in developing business-facing products at scale.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for investigating metrics.

• Knowledge of leveraging Machine Learning to address user challenges.

• Experience in creating AI-powered product features.

• Enthusiasm for engaging directly with users and conducting user research personally.

• Capability to tackle complex issues, including technical architectural challenges and new market opportunities.

• High motivation and the ability to work independently.

• Preferred: Previous experience in a two-sided marketplace.

• Preferred: Previous experience leading products aimed at SMB customers.
