Lead Product Manager, Customer Portal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Customer Portal product strategy and roadmap, aligned with Veriff’s commercial model and revenue drivers.

• Conduct ongoing discovery with customers and convert findings into problem statements and prioritized roadmaps.

• Make decisions on prioritization and trade-offs balancing product ambition, technical sustainability, and business urgency.

• Establish success metrics prior to development and ensure accountability for outcomes within the team.

• Collaborate with Engineering, GTM, Fraud Operations, and Design to leverage internal expertise into a product aimed at customers.

• Manage internal platform releases and coordinate external go-to-market launches.

• Set and maintain high standards for product craftsmanship.

• Guide and mentor product managers while progressively building and leading the team.

• Advocate for AI and apply best practices for expedited product discovery and delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven product leadership experience overseeing a product area from strategy through discovery, delivery, and launch.

• Capability to link product decisions to revenue, retention, and customer trust.

• Experience in conducting continuous customer discovery, particularly with demanding enterprise clients.

• Skill in converting customer insights into problem statements and phased roadmaps.

• Ability to make transparent prioritization and trade-off decisions.

• Proficiency in defining success metrics prior to development and focusing on outcomes.

• Competence in leading through influence and collaborating with Engineering, GTM, Design, and Operations teams.

• Experience mentoring PMs and gradually building and leading a team over time.

• Dedication to staying updated with product management practices and experimenting with innovative approaches.

• Desire to transition from individual leadership to people management.

• Proficiency in advocating for and implementing AI best practices for product discovery and delivery.
