This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Report directly to the Chief Product & Engineering Officer.
β’ Propel company-wide growth, articulate product vision, strategy, and establish a data-driven roadmap.
β’ Oversee various core product offerings tailored for financial institution clients.
β’ Collaborate with Engineering to enhance platform capabilities and customer experiences.
β’ Shape the future of the platform utilizing AI and self-service tools.
β’ Align cross-functional business and technology teams around common objectives and insights.
β’ Conduct product demonstrations and present to both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Identify and prioritize AI opportunities, translating them into responsible and testable product experiences.
β’ Create AI prototypes and conduct customer experiments.
β’ Provide support, share knowledge, and mentor members of the Product team and Product Owners.
β’ Enhance product management tools, processes, and workflows.
β’ Oversee the product roadmap, milestones, customer requirements, metrics, epics, and OKRs.
β’ Ensure alignment between Product and Engineering concerning requirements and product direction.
β’ Guarantee that products and releases are launched accurately and on schedule.
β’ Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points.
β’ Validate requirements and products alongside customers and the Customer Success team.
β’ Champion customer needs and manage feature requests.
β’ Conduct product and market research and contribute to product positioning.
β’ Comprehend development costs and product overhead.
β’ Assist in setting pricing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management.
β’ Background in SaaS or banking is preferred.
β’ Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering and market-facing teams.
β’ Skills in conflict management, change management, and leading by influence.
β’ Technical background encompassing APIs and integrations.
β’ Experience working with technical teams on AI-driven products.
β’ Practical understanding of LLMs, structured data, model limitations, evaluation, privacy, security, and usage economics.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ A growth mindset with a commitment to professional development through teaching or mentorship.
β’ Familiarity with design principles for mobile and web applications.
β’ Proven success in defining and launching products that meet or exceed business objectives.
β’ Experience managing multiple products simultaneously as part of a portfolio strategy.
β’ Strong strategic and tactical execution capabilities.
β’ Business acumen with the ability to leverage data to develop and prioritize strategic objectives.
β’ Willingness to travel to customers or the head office, potentially up to once a quarter.
