This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess business opportunities to define and enhance the product portfolio.
• Examine targeted markets, emerging trends, technological advancements, customer challenges, and the competitive landscape.
• Leverage knowledge of the company's product capabilities and service offerings to develop and broaden product and solution options.
• Collaborate closely with product development to design new products.
• Validate preliminary product definitions with clients.
• Develop product strategies and identify fresh product opportunities.
• Create project plans that address customer requirements and increase market share.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and strategies for essential benefits administration and enterprise identity/login experiences.
• Draft epics, outline user stories, remove obstacles for development teams, and manage backlogs.
• Enhance user journeys and elevate the overall end-user experience.
• Take ownership of product vertical success, ROI, margin improvement, and cost/benefit analysis.
• Manage roadmap prioritization and make trade-offs between core innovation, custom client requests, and operational support.
• Facilitate Customer Advisory Boards and anticipate unspoken customer needs.
• Align stakeholders across various functions from ideation to launch.
• Convey product strategy through effective storytelling and public speaking.
• Evaluate product success using usage, adoption, and financial metrics.
• Over 8 years of senior digital product management experience.
• Experience across consumer-facing (B2C) and client-facing (B2B) SaaS, web, and mobile applications.
• Direct experience in Benefits Administration or the broader Health and Benefits sector.
• A proven history of operating within matrixed, large enterprise environments catering to diverse client segments.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• In-depth understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience in writing epics, defining user stories, clearing roadblocks for development teams, and managing backlogs.
• Daily proficiency with contemporary product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Strong emphasis on user-centered design and optimizing user journeys.
• Strategic ownership of product success, ROI, margin enhancement, and cost/benefit analysis.
• Experience with roadmap prioritization, technical delivery, go-to-market strategies, and resource allocation.
• Proven track record of hosting Customer Advisory Boards (CABs).
• Ability to align matrixed stakeholders across Security, Compliance, Operations, Legal, Client Services, and Commercial & Strategy.
• Outstanding storytelling and public speaking capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in measuring product performance through usage, adoption, and financial metrics.
