Lead Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple interconnected product domains, or one with significant regulatory implications, and take charge of major product launches.

• Establish direction and priorities across product areas by assessing client requirements, product analytics, and commercial objectives.

• Analyze regulations, API documentation, and operational protocols to develop positions prior to Legal and Compliance evaluations.

• Create comprehensive specifications for product launches.

• Ensure the execution of decisions throughout the delivery process in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.

• Guide products through testing and launch phases, and then manage them post-launch.

• Evaluate the research, decisions, and specifications of other product managers.

• Assist in the recruitment of product managers.

• A complex product that you have personally launched, with the ability to discuss its details, including any challenges encountered: such as a rounding rule, time zone issues, a position you defended, or an API that changed unexpectedly.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to comprehend documentation, trace data flows, and analyze system behavior in collaboration with engineers.

• Proficiency in managing your own metrics: you extract data independently and can provide explanations for every statistic you reference.

• Frequent application of AI in product development, validated against documentation, data, and other authoritative sources.

• Experience in making product decisions across interconnected areas, contributing to the growth of product managers through your feedback on their work.
