Lead Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the MCP and AI ecosystem strategy for Lattice and its clientele.

• Determine which features and integrations to pursue while defining the significance of MCP and AI at Lattice.

• Provide MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors.

• Develop authentication processes, agentic execution frameworks, and evaluations for scalable integrations.

• Influence the technical direction for MCP tool design and third-party integration infrastructure.

• Collaborate with Partnerships and Product Marketing to initiate integrations.

• Take responsibility for key results related to integration and MCP adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management.

• Significant ownership of integrations, platform, or ecosystem surfaces, developed end-to-end.

• Direct experience in creating technical integrations within a multi-party ecosystem.

• Strong technical knowledge of third-party integration patterns, data synchronization and field mapping, webhooks, and authentication/OAuth.

• Capability to engage in architectural discussions with engineers and partner CTOs.

• Proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable integrations in collaboration with engineering teams.

• Experience in launching partner or marketplace initiatives alongside go-to-market teams.

• Demonstrated ability to transform a platform or ecosystem into a competitive advantage.

• Strong, confident communication skills.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to establish structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
