Lead Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the product roadmap as a reflection of strategy, customer value, and business results.

• Maintain a balance between immediate delivery and long-term innovation in AI-driven search and decision support.

• Drive ongoing customer discovery through interviews, pilot programs, and feedback mechanisms.

• Confirm problem statements, solution strategies, and value hypotheses using customer evidence.

• Collaborate with engineering to outline requirements for AI-powered search, retrieval, enrichment, and agent-based workflows.

• Oversee execution from the ideation stage through to launch, iteration, and optimization.

• Monitor emerging trends in generative AI and AI-assisted decision-making.

• Leverage competitive insights to shape the roadmap, differentiation, and market positioning.

• Work alongside Marketing, Solution Engineers, and Sales on product value, enablement materials, demonstrations, release narratives, and customer-facing content.

• Act as a reliable product advocate across cross-functional teams and leadership.

• Contribute to thought leadership and mentor as well as collaborate with peers and cross-functional partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Manager managing complex technology products.

• Strong grasp of enterprise software and comprehensive product lifecycle management.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and assess technical trade-offs.

• Proven track record of building solid customer relationships and leading problem discovery through direct engagement.

• Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with AI-powered products, enterprise search, or data-driven platforms.

• Familiarity with Generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, or intelligent content systems.

• Experience in developing products for regulated or security-sensitive environments, such as healthcare, insurance, or government.

• Exposure to AI evaluation, feedback loops, or learning systems.

• Experience in supporting sales enablement, demonstrations, or customer-facing interactions.
