Lead Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of comprehensive experiences within a specific business vertical or product portfolio.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and data teams to transform ambiguity into impactful, scalable solutions.

• Design and refine intricate workflows that cater to various user personas while considering the broader ecosystem's impact.

• Work across functions to identify problems, discover opportunities, and implement scalable solutions.

• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance ideation and testing processes.

• Lead workshops and working sessions that uncover insights and guide teams towards definitive outcomes.

• Advocate for design decisions and present them to cross-functional partners and executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in designing for complex or regulated sectors (such as fintech, healthtech, insurtech, enterprise SaaS, etc.).

• Demonstrated ability to create thoughtful, end-to-end workflows that effectively address complex challenges.

• Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and systems thinking.

• Comfortable engaging with users and customers directly to gather insights and iterate rapidly.

• Capacity to align stakeholders and drive impactful outcomes.

• Proficient with modern design tools and experienced in utilizing AI to enhance workflows, including discovery, prototyping, and generating insights.

• Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities.

• Educational qualifications in design, psychology, applied anthropology, sociology, innovation, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Portfolio of case studies showcasing your design process and measurable results across various projects.

• A portfolio or website link (with password if necessary) must be provided in your resume for consideration.

• A video interview is required for this position.
