This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Formulate and execute strategies for generic injectable products.
• Oversee existing products and the launch of new offerings.
• Create volume and financial forecasts for upcoming products.
• Facilitate the prioritization, filing, pre-launch, and launch processes for new products.
• Track the process from filing to launch and engage in essential pre-launch meetings.
• Direct commercial launch strategies, including pricing and promotional offers, in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Evaluate product pricing in relation to market trends and recent adjustments.
• Modify pricing grids and specific product prices as necessary.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to review and finalize new pricing.
• Create financial forecasts for the assigned product portfolio for annual budgets and quarterly projections.
• Assess product performance against budgets and estimates, analyze discrepancies, and drive improvement.
• Examine external market conditions, trends, and customer behaviors to inform demand and supply planning.
• Develop strategies and plans for product promotion.
• Partner with Sales, Contracts, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Market Research, and other cross-functional teams.
• Report directly to the Head of Marketing, Specialty Injectables.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a Business-related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing within the generic pharmaceutical sector, specifically in product management.
• Experience with generic injectables is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of customer and competitor behavior, promotional processes, product management, and pricing strategies.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, financial acumen, and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive knowledge of secondary market research tools, including IQVIA and Symphony.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI tools and data dashboards.
• Experience in generic injectables, hospital systems, IDNs, specialty clinics, GPOs, distributors, or 340B channels.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical product launches, pricing strategies, market access dynamics, and commercial forecasting.
• Experience utilizing syndicated market data sources such as IQVIA or Symphony.
• Comfortable working with dashboards, AI-enabled tools, and extensive commercial datasets.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa transfer or sponsorship, now or in the future.
