Lead Platform Architect

• Define comprehensive architecture solutions that align with both business and technology goals.

• Create architecture roadmaps, technology strategies, and plans for transformation.

• Design enterprise solutions that are scalable, secure, and high-performing.

• Assess and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools based on business needs.

• Lead the architectural design for applications, integrations, data platforms, cloud solutions, and digital ecosystems.

• Develop architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and technical specifications.

• Define integration patterns, data flows, and interactions between systems.

• Ensure compliance with architecture standards, best practices, and design principles.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and engineering teams.

• Review solution designs to ensure they meet architectural standards.

• Facilitate design reviews, architecture governance, and make technical decisions.

• Mentor architects, developers, and technical consultants.

• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic goals.

• Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.

• Present architecture recommendations and technical roadmaps to leadership teams.

• Serve as a trusted advisor for technology and architectural decisions.

• Lead initiatives for cloud adoption and modernization.

• Define environments, strategies for deployment, and requirements for scalability.

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and optimization of solutions.

• Support DevOps, automation, and continuous delivery initiatives.

• Ensure architectural compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks.

• Establish architecture review processes and governance frameworks.

• Support compliance with regulatory and enterprise requirements.

• Partner with project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Assist in estimation, planning, and resource allocation activities.

• Resolve complex technical challenges and implementation issues.

• Ensure the successful delivery of solutions and their adoption in business processes.

• Promote and enforce awareness of essential information security practices.

• Identify, evaluate, and report security risks that impact information assets.

• Assess data storage, processing, and transmission for compliance with privacy and protection standards.

• Integrate data protection measures across the entire information lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, Systems Integration, Cloud Technologies, or Digital Transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Expertise in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture.

• Proficiency in Application Design and Integration Architecture.

• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience in API Design and Integration.

• Background in Data Architecture and Data Modeling.

• Familiarity with Microservices and Distributed Systems.

• Understanding of Security Architecture and Governance.

• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Automation concepts.

• Experience with Database Technologies (SQL and NoSQL).

• Ability to align business and technology objectives.

• Proficient in Technology Roadmap Development.

• Experience in Systems Integration Strategy.

• Knowledge of Architecture Governance.

• Experience with Digital Transformation Initiatives.

• Skilled in Risk Assessment and Management.

• Ability to lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

• Master's Degree is preferred.

• Industry certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalents are preferred.

• Experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, CDP, Data Platforms, or Customer Experience technologies is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies is preferred.

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) is preferred.

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs is preferred.

• Multi-cloud architecture experience is preferred.
