This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create Python applications and services that engage with large language models (LLMs) via APIs.

• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows, encompassing document preparation, embeddings, information retrieval, and response assessment.

• Incorporate AI functionalities into current APIs and services.

• Assess solution quality, latency, cost, and performance in a production environment.

• Work in conjunction with engineering and product teams to transform use cases into operational features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven software development experience with Python.

• Practical experience in constructing solutions with LLMs and RAG.

• Background in developing and integrating APIs.

• Strong testing and deployment methodologies.

• Capability to effectively articulate individual contributions and the evaluation of results.

• Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex (preferred).

• Experience with vector databases, cloud platforms, or observability tools (preferred).
