
Lead, Payer Partnerships – Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee long-term partnerships with major health plans in the United States.
• Develop contract strategies and lead renegotiations to enhance partnership effectiveness and structure.
• Foster and expand relationships with health plan teams and executives across the Network, Sales/Commercial, and Product divisions.
• Conduct market analyses and lead healthcare research to inform strategic direction.
• Leverage data to derive insights and pinpoint opportunities for partnership expansion.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product, Operations, and other internal teams to guide product and operational strategies.
• Aid in the sustained growth of strategic partners in 2025 and beyond.
• Strengthen external payer relationships to uncover new product opportunities and enhance partnership alignment.
• At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• Experience in Customer Success, Business Development, or strategic customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Extensive understanding of payer business models and their economic implications.
• Proven ability to forge relationships at all organizational levels.
• Competence in handling ambiguity and navigating unfamiliar challenges.
• Strong focus on achieving outcomes and shaping strategic initiatives.
• Highly analytical with a proactive approach.
• Skilled in conducting complex analyses and translating unclear problems into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated operational excellence in managing multiple high-impact clients and various moving elements.
• Interest in a work environment that prioritizes open feedback and autonomy.
