This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement SEM strategies that align with client goals.
• Perform keyword analysis and competitive assessments.
• Create and oversee campaign budgets and projections.
• Establish testing roadmaps and continuously enhance clients' SEM initiatives.
• Produce Quarterly Business Reports that highlight progress and outline upcoming testing priorities.
• Keep updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new technologies.
• Design, optimize, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
• Write and refine ad copy to improve click-through rates.
• Set up and enhance landing pages for optimized conversion rates.
• Execute A/B tests and implement other optimization techniques.
• Lead and mentor a team of Paid Search Strategists.
• Assign tasks, establish performance objectives, and offer guidance.
• Conduct team meetings and training sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Generate reports that track KPIs and assess campaign effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding their business objectives.
• Present campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations to clients.
• Address client inquiries and concerns.
• Suggest and implement new strategies and tools.
• Occasionally travel for client meetings or industry conferences.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience, typically 5+ years, in managing Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Certification in Google Ads and other pertinent digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities and expertise in data analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in leadership and team management.
• Proficiency in SEO is an advantage.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Must reside in the USA.
