This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Safeguard computer systems and networks from hacking attempts, viruses, and malicious threats.
• Implement, launch, and manage security solutions to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
• Lead the deployment of cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions across networks, servers, systems, and hardware devices.
• Ensure that security solutions adhere to regulations and industry standards.
• Supervise incident response, vulnerability management, and cyber threat hunting activities.
• Configure and implement security solutions that include firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, antivirus software, and vulnerability scanners.
• Suggest system tuning and identify new cybersecurity use cases.
• Analyze customer and industry data to improve service value.
• Develop, train, and refine AI models using network log data for diagnostics and incident management.
• Create and maintain Ansible/NetBrain automation playbooks and roles for configuration management, application deployment, and orchestration.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity architecture teams and global colleagues.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement and technical documentation.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise network/security engineering.
• Expertise in routing, switching, TCP/IP, VLANs, and troubleshooting network issues.
• Practical experience with Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless LAN controllers, Palo Alto/Cisco firewalls including GlobalProtect, Cloudflare, Akamai, Infoblox, and F5.
• Capability to configure, deploy, and maintain firewall policies, security rules, and user authentication, including GlobalProtect.
• Knowledge of VPN technologies such as IPSec/SSL, NAT, HA, clustering, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with centralized management tools like Cisco Catalyst Center, Strata Cloud Manager, Panorama, and NetBrain.
• Experience with packet analysis tools such as tcpdump and Wireshark, as well as log correlation.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents or automation frameworks, including LLM-based tools like Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• CCNP certification is preferred.
• PCNSE certification is preferred.
• Experience in building custom AI agents for network operations.
• Experience in developing, training, and tuning AI models using network log data for diagnostics and incident management.
• Experience in creating and maintaining Ansible/NetBrain playbooks and roles.
• Ability to lead and engage in group projects with global teams.
• Strong documentation skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Automation skills, including proficiency in Python, Ansible, and APIs, are a significant advantage.
