📋 Description

• Develop the technical strategy for essential systems

• Oversee architecture and engineering initiatives across multiple teams

• Set engineering standards and establish technical principles

• Tackle the most difficult technical challenges facing the company

• Shape product and platform strategies

• Mentor and guide senior technical professionals

• Propel execution on complex, high-impact projects with ambiguity

• Collaborate with leadership on strategic technology decisions for the long term

• Supervise teams of seasoned engineers

• Direct intricate engineering programs and cross-departmental projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in engineering

• Outstanding skills in technical architecture and system design

• Proven experience in leading complex engineering programs

• Strong ability to influence across multiple functions

• Excellent communication skills and technical judgment

• Demonstrated capability to function at an organizational scale

• Experience in managing teams of skilled engineers

• Experience with cross-functional project management

• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI infrastructure, distributed systems, cloud, or Kubernetes

• Nice to have: Experience with scale-up operations

• Proficiency in English is required

• Must be able to address work authorization status for the United States
