This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the lifecycle of contracts, encompassing renewals, amendments, license distributions, and terminations in the Subscriptions category.
• Ensure the timely execution of renewals to prevent service interruptions and uphold policy adherence.
• Spearhead sourcing activities through RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Formulate and implement data-driven sourcing and negotiation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and assess supplier risks.
• Coordinate priorities with Category Managers and Procurement Leaders.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to outline requirements, negotiate terms, and set KPIs.
• Conduct market intelligence assessments and supplier benchmarking.
• Manage supplier relationships while enhancing supplier performance.
• Create cost models, execute spend analysis, generate reports, and deliver insights.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Partner with IT, Legal, and Information Security teams on contract review, redlining, and negotiations.
• Utilize Oracle Fusion to facilitate the procure-to-pay process and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Assist in the development and revision of internal policies and procedures.
• Maintain procurement trackers and databases.
• Provide information for SOX controls to both Internal and External Auditors.
• Drive continuous process enhancements through automation, robotics, and other technological advancements.
• Degree or equivalent qualification is required.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Indirect Procurement, specifically in managing contract renewals and leading sourcing initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability in executing multi-site procurement programs that yield measurable cost savings.
• Proven track record in managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experienced in commercial and contract negotiations.
• International experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems is desirable but not mandatory.
• Comfortable in supporting new categories.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently and prioritizing multiple tasks amid changing circumstances.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Innovative in addressing and fulfilling business needs in a shifting environment.
• Proven ability to positively influence and persuade decision-making processes.
• A desire and ability to constructively challenge the status quo while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Outlook.
