
Lead, Indirect Procurement – Subscriptions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee contract lifecycles, which encompass renewals, amendments, license allocations, and terminations within the Subscriptions category.
• Ensure timely renewals to prevent service interruptions and uphold compliance with company regulations.
• Direct sourcing activities through the use of RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Formulate and implement data-driven sourcing and negotiation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams while assessing supplier risks.
• Align objectives with Category Managers and Procurement Leaders.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to delineate requirements, negotiate terms, and establish KPIs.
• Conduct market intelligence research and supplier benchmarking.
• Manage supplier relationships and enhance supplier performance.
• Create cost models, execute spend analysis, generate reports, and deliver insights.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Information Security on contract assessment, redlining, and negotiation.
• Utilize Oracle Fusion to facilitate the P2P process and resolve invoicing issues.
• Assist in formulating and updating internal policies and procedures.
• Maintain procurement trackers and databases.
• Provide information for SOX controls to Internal/External Auditors.
• Spearhead continuous process improvements by leveraging automation, robotics, and other advanced technologies.
• Hold a degree or possess an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, focusing on contract renewals and leading sourcing initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to implement multi-site procurement programs that yield measurable cost reductions.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Significant experience in commercial and contract negotiation.
• International experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable in supporting new procurement categories.
• Capable of meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Able to work autonomously and prioritize various tasks in a fluctuating environment.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
