This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Oversee Identity and Access Management systems and solutions.
• Provide support for Production SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow solutions.
• Examine system, user, and administrative roles and accounts to grasp enterprise access levels.
• Design, develop, test, and sustain scalable software applications and tailored IAM solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the implementation phase.
• Enforce policies and procedures related to identity lifecycle management.
• Identify code deficiencies, analyze logs, investigate errors, and replicate issues.
• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and support software applications related to identity and identity governance.
• Review IAM technical requirements, designs, infrastructure, and support-process documentation.
• Collaborate with information security, risk management, infrastructure, architecture, and business teams to deliver comprehensive IAM solutions.
• Drive IAM technical strategies, designs, standards, and procedures.
• Code, configure, test, and document IAM developments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve security-focused IAM issues.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Carry out other assigned tasks and comply with policies and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, along with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent experience gained through applicable knowledge, responsibilities, scope, and skills may replace the specified education and experience.
• Extensive experience in supporting and developing SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Familiarity with cloud computing security.
• Knowledge of Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Java and BeanShell; PowerShell knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience in coding Lifecycle Event management and understanding its phases.
• Development expertise in SailPoint connectors, including Web Services, SCIM, JDBC, delimited file, and IIQ ServiceNow configuration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Identity Cubes, Identity Attribute Mappings, and LCM/LCE Workflows.
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) is required within 120 days.
• SailPoint certification such as IdentityNow or IIQ Certified Implementation Engineer.
• Preferred certifications include Certified Identity and Security Technologist (CIST) and Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS).
• Ability to work independently, analyze issues, manage projects, communicate recommendations to senior management, drive multiple projects to completion, and show technical proficiency.
