Lead Global Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Create pricing strategies and oversee pricing diagnostics for all EZCORP operational countries.

• Extract data directly from company databases (SQL), and develop analyses and visualizations using Python.

• Conduct root cause analysis on pricing performance challenges and relay insights to leadership.

• Generate weekly and monthly pricing reports for all operating countries.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to confirm findings and share insights with leadership.

• Leverage Claude Code as an analytical co-pilot for diagnostics.

• Act as the lead and mentor for the Global Pricing Analysts, establish analytical standards, and enhance team capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a business-side analyst in pricing, retail, CPG, financial services, or a comparable commercial setting.

• Proficient in SQL: capable of independently querying and joining data from relational databases.

• Experienced in Python for data analysis, including plotting and visualization (using pandas, matplotlib/plotly, or similar tools).

• Proven practical application of AI tools (Claude Code, Claude, or comparable LLM tools) in everyday analytical tasks.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (both verbal and written).
