Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Evaluate client needs and current system setups to determine the financial elements of client agreements.

• Oversee the change order queue from the initial request through to final implementation.

• Manage the entry of study specifications into budget calculators.

• Assess client requirements to determine the financial aspects of client proposals.

• Draft, revise, and/or personalize change orders to reflect updates in assumptions and budget summaries.

• Ensure that change orders align with pricing and financial terms outlined in customer master agreements and relevant templates.

• Organize and facilitate Change Order Alignment meetings with project teams.

• Liaise with the Project Team and Finance to ensure timely and precise delivery of change orders.

• Inform the Legal team of alterations to customer legal terms, incorporate feedback, and manage discussions with clients.

• Dispatch approved Change Orders for signature and guarantee that executed Change Orders are stored correctly.

• Carry out additional duties, assignments, or special projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Comprehensive understanding of contract processes and strategies.

• Practical experience in pricing in a similar capacity.

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

• Analytical thinker with the capability to interpret data and make decisions based on data insights.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused, able to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically salesforce.com.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Demonstrates accountability and integrity.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on pricing and contract review processes.

• Comfortable working a schedule that partially aligns with US East Coast business hours (EST/EDT).
