Lead Funnel Architect – CRO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and implement funnels and landing pages using ClickFunnels, Webflow, and Heyflow.

• Plan and execute A/B testing for landing pages and funnels.

• Design and carry out testing plans aimed at continuously enhancing conversion rates.

• Boost conversion rates through informed, data-driven decisions.

• Employ and autonomously apply standard tracking tools and technologies.

• Assess performance metrics and determine optimization strategies.

• Modify and troubleshoot funnels and landing pages utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Independently implement and tailor tracking codes and scripts.

• Formulate strategic methods to elevate performance.

• Collaborate closely with online marketers, media buyers, developers, and designers.

• Present test outcomes and optimization tactics.

• Assist in funnel creation through copywriting.

• Utilize automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, and comparable tools.

• Several years of practical experience in building and optimizing funnels and landing pages.

• Comprehensive knowledge of ClickFunnels, Webflow, Heyflow, and tracking tools.

• Technical proficiency in tracking technologies with the capability to implement them independently.

• Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Strong numerical skills and the ability to analyze data to enhance conversion rates.

• Capacity to maintain an overarching perspective and make strategic decisions.

• A high achiever with unwavering commitment to the agency’s objectives and tasks.

• Excellent written and spoken German.

• Basic copywriting abilities.

• Fundamental knowledge of automation tools such as Make and Zapier.

• Independent and organized working style, ideally suited for remote work.
